2. 不設退款，可以換高於或相同價值的貨品（高於原價值需補回差價）。

4. 退換的貨品需保留原有包裝及收據（如撕下標簽或已改手圍或改款不獲退換），並於寄貨前拍照確認。
5. 我們收到貨品後，確認貨品後會於3天內寄出已選取退換的貨品。

- 人為損壞亦不設退換貨。
- 如貨品出現缺貨，CRYSTAL CAVA 承諾3天內聯絡顧客換貨或退款。

- Returns and exchanges apply to orders shipped to Hong Kong. Within 7 days of receiving the goods, each order can only be exchanged once (round-trip shipping costs are borne by the buyer).
1. Returns and exchanges only apply to bracelets and pendants (not applicable to fragile ornaments, other products can be queried with the customer service team before purchase).
1. No refunds are provided, but goods of higher or equivalent value can be exchanged (differences in price higher than the original value need to be made up).
1. The product cannot apply the monthly promo code or event discount of the original order, and will be calculated based on the basic member discount (details can be referred to Member Exclusive).
1. The goods to be returned or exchanged must retain the original packaging and receipt (no returns or exchanges if tags are removed or the circumference has been changed), and photos must be taken before shipping for verification.
